About Me

Welcome to Yoga with Sara, I am grateful you are here!

Did you know that your yoga practice makes the world a better place? It is absolutely true!

Like so many, I started out thinking that I couldn’t do yoga. That I had to look a certain way, or make my less-than-flexible body move in ways that were uncomfortable or awkward. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, I am here to help you overcome your “yoga isn’t for me” beliefs. I have found a well spring of benefits to practicing yoga, and you deserve that gift for yourself too.

My passion is sharing the wisdom and philosophy with my students. Your desire to experience and continue yoga is why I teach the essential asanas and create inviting classes for all. I participate in each class with you, giving guidance to each student based on your unique needs and skill levels.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at aUM studio in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Current classes are being taught at Quest Martial Arts, Yogacentric Studio and Cancer Network.

When I’m not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find me spending time with my boisterous family, and enjoying laughter and good food with many friends.
